If you are having difficulty with ticket responses getting into the system via email, please log into the Support Portal for managing your support tickets. More information on Managing Tickets via Support.Rievent.com
A common reason for email responses not going into the ticket systems is that there is more than one email address listed in the TO field. When replying directly to the support ticket email, please make sure adminsupport@rievent.com is the only email listed in the "TO" address field. To include additional people in the email/ticket, use the CC field.
Helpful Tips:
- The ticketing system does not accept inline comments when replying to a support ticket email.
