The ability to delete an activity is a specific permission that must be enabled for an admin account in order to delete an activity.
To delete an activity, the following must be true:
- The admin account must include the Delete Activity permission. More info
- The activity must have 0 participation records. If there are participation records in the activity and you attempt to delete the activity, the system will not allow you to proceed. All participation must be deleted first.
First select the activity from the Manage Activity menu and select the Production page under the Activity tab. Then click the Delete button.
Please note that all All participation records in the activity must be deleted before deleting the activity itself.
Check the box and then click the delete button. Once an activity is deleted it cannot be recovered.
