Rievent Platform v10.0 Release Notes (1/7/2021)

Rievent Platform version 10.0 was released today, January 7th at 6:30 a.m. ET. 

Version 10.0 is packed full of upgrades, including support for automated JA-PARS reporting, learner self-service (in-progress) activity record removal, reporting enhancements, and more! 

• Reports: JA-PARS Support 
  We've just added new functionality to accommodate JA-PARS automated reporting.  Throughout the life of the activity, specific data required by JA-PARS is automatically tracked and maintained in the Rievent Platform.  A dedicated interface makes adding additional activity information--like target audience, competencies and financials--a simple and quick process. When it's time to submit the year end report, administrators can download all JA-PARS data in a .tsv file that is ready to upload into JA-PARS system.

• Reports: Live Event Date Range Columns Added
  The Export Program Activity Summary download, located  under the All Programs view of the Reports tab, now includes a column for "Event Start Date" and "Event End Date."

• Learners: Remove In-Progress / Incomplete Activities
  Learners can now remove any unwanted in-progress activities from their course history page without contacting an administrator. 
  

  
  
  

• Registration: Added Text to the Registration Confirmation Page
  The following text was added to Registration Confirmation Page - "If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes of completing your registration, please check Spam/Junk folders. Be sure to mark the confirmation email as "Not Junk" or add to your Safe Senders list to ensure you receive future communications."
  
  
  
  
• Activity Review: Changed "Launch Activity" to "Review Activity"
  We updated the wording under Draft Review links to make it clear this link is only intended for reviewing the activity.  For distributing URLs directly to learners, the "Share Activity Link" is available on the Publish and Finished stages.
