What’s Changing?
- We will be turning on the HealthStream Support Portal for all Rievent customers
- Phone Support! We will begin offering phone support during business hours
When is this Happening?
Starting Monday, December 30th, you will have access to the Salesforce Support Portal to submit cases and you can call our staff with the HealthStream 1-800 number.
Why the Change?
This move allows us to offer a better experience and meet your needs more effectively. Benefits include:
- Enhanced Communication: Faster response times and more personalized interactions.
- Integrated Experience: A unified system that seamlessly connects your support requests with our internal tools.
- Improved Tracking: Easier access to your ticket history for better visibility into ongoing issues.
What Do You Need to Do?
The week of December 20th, we will send you an email from HealthStream to create your HealthStream Support Portal login.
Starting December 30th, you can start using the HealthStream Support Portal to log new tickets and manage existing ones.
Note: Continue to use the Zendesk portal for Rievent product documentation.
