Version 20.0 introduces a range of enhancements designed to improve the experience for both administrators and learners. Below is a detailed list of the new features and improvements:
For Administrators
Multiple Choice Parser - Text Block Support
- Administrators can now include blocks of text within the Multiple Choice Parser tool.
- To add a text block, simply begin the block with the
<
symbol.
Admin Accounts - Simplified Account Creation
- The number of required fields when creating admin accounts has been reduced.
- The only mandatory fields are now: first name, last name, email, company, username, and password.
- Fields such as address, city, state, zip code, and phone number remain available but are no longer required.
Record Details - Professional Licenses Display
- The record details screen now list professional licenses associated with the participation record.
For Learners
Learner Profile - Change Password Field Enhancement
- The change password fields in the learner profile are now hidden by default.
- Learners can reveal these fields by clicking the "Change Password" button.

Learner Profile - Improved Flex Field Validation Messages
- When a required flex field is missing, the error message will now display the specific name of the missing field.
- Previously, the message indicated a missing required field generically as "Flex Field...".
ACCME Learner Credit Submission - Modal Wait Dialog
- To improve the user experience during ACCME PARS web service submissions, a modal wait dialog will now appear.
- This dialog will help prevent learners from navigating away from the page while their credit submission is processing, ensuring they are aware of the ongoing process.
